With Oregon lacrosse up by three with 15 minutes remaining, Cal’s Kristen Swanson nearly brought Cal back all on her own. Her first goal made it 8-5. A few minutes later, Sydney Lawrence and Gracyn Elliott got yellow cards, and Swanson took advantage with another goal.

With the game tied at three, Oregon goalie Rachel Hall came out of goal to grab a ground ball, but turned the ball over in a bad pass. UC Davis' Taylor Cuenin grabbed the ball for an open shot on an empty net and scored the first of four-straight from the Aggies.

Oregon has lost yet another women’s athletics head coach. On Friday, Oregon announced that lacrosse head coach Katrina Dowd had resigned from the position and that assistant coach Becca Block would become the interim head coach as the program looks for a new head coach.
