What to Bring

Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ in size and most booths include a canopy based on level of sponsorship. If your level of sponsorship includes a canopy and you wish to provide your own branded canopy, you will also need to make sure you provide 25lb weights for each leg of the canopy. We also need to know if you are bringing your own canopy.

We encourage sponsors to bring engaging marketing materials/games/free samples/coupons. If you require a power source or a tablecloth, or are bringing your own canopy, please be sure to communicate this need to an event organizer listed in the Who To Contact section by Friday, October 4, 5:00pm.

Where to Park

There are a number of metered parking spots available on University Street as well as a metered lot behind the EMU. There's a dock located in this lot that will allow to you load/unload assets easily. Please let an event organizer know if you need any assistance with this process.

When to Set-up/Tear-Down

Please arrive at the event location, the EMU Amphitheater, no earlier than 12pm on October 9th to set up the booth space. The event itself will occur between the hours of 1pm and 5pm and tear-down will begin promptly at 5pm.
