A&C videographers are responsible for finding visually interesting events and artists around campus and the greater Eugene community to record and interview for the Daily Emerald website and social media accounts. Along with covering interesting events and people, videographers are responsible for working with the arts and culture desk to provide visual support a&c desk  articles. Examples of stories that we cover include interviews of artists and bands, culture nights at the EMU, house shows, campus organizations and clubs, local charities, etc. Videographers are expected to put in 6-8 hours of work per week along with required desk and all staff meetings on Sundays, which usually run 1-2 hours.
