At 10:40 a.m., police received another anonymous bomb threat at the college’s White City campus, according to The Register-Guard. The evacuation eventually expanded to all three campuses, including the main locale in downtown Medford, as a precaution.

Deputies from the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office evacuated all students and staff and prevented access to all classrooms and buildings on the Redwood campus. RCC officials activated the emergency alert system, letting students and staff know of the situation.

Oregon State Police has launched a criminal investigation, though it has not released any information regarding the investigation.
