I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Having a cause worth caring for is an essential component to the human soul. If you cannot be passionate about something, then how can you be passionate about your own life? These are things we need to realize. This is the reason why we need to walk with our respective heads up high.

This just in: College is stressful. There are mundane classes to deal with, the varying hours, the expensive textbooks; for many students there are also part- and full-time jobs to contend with. And this is all just during the day. A whole new set of pressures arise once the sun goes down.

I am writing in response to the March 12 guest commentary "World's food supply threatened by biofuel," submitted by Christopher Calder, University student. For a critique of "the twisted logic of biofuel advocates," this particular piece of writing lacked a logical discourse to its various claims.
