This is an SOS to every student at the University. We need you to slow down! I represent every person that has had a table in the EMU amphitheater or in front of the bookstore. We need you to help us out because we are you. We represent all of the different groups here on campus that stand for something. It's easy to carry on with your business because sometimes you have something important to get to, but what about the rest of the time? Every table has something to offer to the students if you just slow down and inquire.

When students tell me there is nothing to do in Eugene I know they just need to look a little harder. To start with, there are tons of great causes to get involved with such as all the student unions, political groups, and/or environmental causes. Groups like the Multicultural Center, OSPIRG, or the College Democrats would love to have your support or maybe just your signature. By visiting other tables, you may learn about events going on on and off campus or get some free food. Either way, by visiting the tables you are plunging deeper into the wonderful Eugene and University community.

Co-Chair of OSPIRG
