In the moments before the video was taken, a propane tank exploded from underneath a barbecue and spewed 25 foot flames over the building for about a minute. No one was injured.

Danny Bray, a University student and a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, grabbed his camera minutes after the explosion and took the following video.
