Bandon man jailed for trespassing at UO
In brief
by Parker Howell | News Editor
An 18-year-old Bandon, Ore., man was arrested early Sunday morning for second-degree trespassing on campus, police said.
A Department of Public Safety officer recognized Gavin M. Fraser, who police had arrested at the University for providing false information to a police officer on Oct. 8, and called Eugene police, Delf said.
Delf said DPS cited Fraser for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the Bean East parking lot, and police cited him for being a minor in possession of alcohol before taking him to Lane County Jail.
Fraser, who DPS had forbidden from entering campus earlier in the month, was visiting a friend at the University, Delf said.
